- Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
- Course not as described: If the course content does not match the description provided on our website or does not meet your expectations based on the information available before purchase.
- Technical issues: If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from accessing the course and these issues cannot be resolved.
- Other exceptional circumstances: If you believe that the course was not delivered as expected or there was an issue with the delivery of services.
Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:

- The course must not have been completed or accessed more than 30% of the content. If you have completed a significant portion of the course or received a certificate of completion, your request may not be eligible for a refund.

- Non-Refundable Situations

- Course completion: Once you have completed or accessed the majority of the course content, refunds will not be provided.
- Change of mind: If you decide the course is no longer suitable for you, but the course content was provided as described.
- How to Request a Refund

- Provide the details of your purchase, including your order number, the course title, and the reason for your refund request.
- You may be asked to provide additional information or clarify your concerns so that we can process your request efficiently.
- Processing of Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 30 business days, depending on your payment provider’s policies. It may take an additional 21 days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Refund Amount: If eligible, the full amount will be refunded. Any fees related to payment processing may be deducted from the refund, depending on the payment provider.
- Course Access After Refund
Upon successful refund approval, you will lose access to the course and any associated materials (e.g., videos, downloads, quizzes, etc.). Your account will be updated to reflect this change, and you will not be able to continue the course after receiving the refund.
- Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for courses. If you are dissatisfied with your course, you may request a refund and choose an alternative course if eligible.
